ASM Sports Therapy offers, Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Read below to see which one would suit you best!

Swedish Massage

This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and helps reduce muscle tension and stress.

Deep Tissue Massage

This type of massage uses pressure to work into the deeper layers of muscle to release muscle knots and is used to focus on specific areas of discomfort.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is used to help recover sporting injuries. For example muscle strains, shin splints etc.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This type of massage is used to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph system. This can help with water retention and post surgery swelling.

30 minute massage - £25

45 minute massage - £35

60 minute massage - £45

*all appointments are done at clients home. Abbie will bring all necessary equipment for example, massage couch, towels, oil/lotion.
